Most of them either didnt work, slapped on a stupid watermark, or tried to hijack my notifications. But a few… actually worked. Shockingly well.

I found it in some obscure Reddit thread (buried afterward 7 remarks deep below an ad for crypto). Its not upon the App Store, but their site walks you through a workaround. Sketchy? A little. But it works.
Pros:

No watermarks.

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be surprised how scarce that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, taking into account it acts gone it saved but nada.

Interface looks taking into account Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Still… its my go-to. I even have a shortcut widget.

Why doesnt Instagram just allow us complete this? I mean, TikTok lets you save in the manner of audio (sorta), but IG acts in the manner of Reels are nuclear introduction codes. Wild.

Real Talk: Should You Even Be work This?
Ugh. Im torn. upon one hand, I get it. We want to keep that reel. put-on it to friends. Watch offline. maybe meme it later.
